Dylan and Strauss-Kahn

His Bobness has a song for every mood - sorrow (You're a Big girl Now), vengeance (Positively 4th Street), injustice (The Lonesome Death of Hattie Carroll), love (Sad-Eyed Lady of the Lowlands), departure (Mississippi), bliss (The Man in Me), the zeitgeist of the 60ies (the whole Blonde on Blonde album), the feeling of existential absursdity (Desolation Row), fear (A Hard Rain's A-Gonna Fall), you name it.
He also has a songs, or some immortal lines, for every occasion. Of the many pictures that were published of monsieur Strauss-Kahn, there was one that struck me immediately and that linked me to a Dylan song.

It's like the earth just opened and swallowed him up
He reached too high, was thrown back to the ground
You know what they say about bein' nice to the right people on the way up
Sooner or later you gonna meet them comin' down
(Foot of Pride)
